Development Opportunity – RFP for 4320 S. 6th St

Milwaukee County recently issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) for a 5 1/2 acre site located at 4320 S. 6th St.  The site is vacant and is located within the Green Corridor and Aerotropolis, so a high quality development is being sought.  As it is a cornerstone of the Green Corridor, proposals that include green infrastructure will be given a higher preference.  If you, or someone that you may know, is experienced or interested in green infrastructure development, please forward this RFP to them.
